Phi Delta Theta was founded in 1848 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Originally, founded by six young men as a secret society, Phi Delta Theta has grown To over 200,000 initiates at 172 campuses internationally, making us one of the largest Fraternities in the world. In May of 1978, the California Iota Chapter of San Jose State University was established.

The current California Iota Online Site v3.0 was opened in the summer of 2001. Codes and graphics from this site was designed by Tom 261. It took a total of 130 hours of code writing and 4 months of development to complete. All codes were written using MS Notepad. Pictures for this site were created and designed with Cool 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw 7, Animagic, and Flash 5. We have a total of 19 pages promoting the California Iota Chapter of Phi Delta Theta. Due to the wide format, not all pictures will appear on normal display. So for best viewing, please change your display settings to 1024x768 resolution.
